Agreement and license
Use of ZEFO is governed by a binding agreement with Kidum Atarim Ltd. The software and services are licensed, not sold, and the license depends on the package, payment status, allowed scope, and usage limits.
Restrictions
Users may not sublicense, rent, transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works, share accounts outside permitted use, bypass protections, harvest data improperly, remove marks, or use the services for illegal or harmful purposes.
Reports and data
Reports are generated for the user from specific data and requirements. Users are responsible for verifying information because source data may depend on third-party services, search engines, availability, timing, licenses, and other limitations.
Availability and liability
The software and services are supplied as-is. ZEFO may upgrade, update, suspend, discontinue, or limit services and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete data collection, search result outcomes, or specific SEO results.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the ZEFO software or services.
